I guess so? well... shifting and manifesting are two sides of the same coin: manifesting is shifting into a reality where you have your desire and shifting is manifesting an entirely new reality
I never intentionally tried to reality shift (just manifest certain changes or desires in my life) but I did shift accidentally a few times cos I love daydreaming, visualising, meditating, and self hypnosis
actually, maladaptive daydreaming was my coping mechanism as a child and I got really good at it that I essentially 'lived' there so I would count that as shifting
I also had a few sessions of deep meditation or self hypnosis where I entered deep trance and void states. when I woke up from them I noticed some inconsistencies in my reality and some things in my life rn don't exactly line up with my memory so ig you could say I perma shifted to a better version of my reality
+ I am very much into dream decoding and have lucid dreamed or had reoccuring dreams where I was in a different reality a few times
so, idk much about shifting techniques and whatnot but I do find it fascinating!

reality shifting isn’t hard. you’ve been told it’s hard because everyone’s too scared to admit it’s not. they cling to their 800-step methods, their must-have crystals, their perfect conditions because they think that if they let go of that control, they’ll fail. but here’s the thing: the more you try to control the process, the more you convince yourself it’s out of your control. and that’s the problem. that’s why so many people feel stuck. shifting isn’t some big, far-fetched thing. it’s just you. it’s always been you.
we’re conditioned to think we’re powerless. think about it—school, work, society, all of it drills this idea into us that everything has to be proven, earned, validated. so, when you hear about shifting, your brain freaks out and says, wait, wait, this is too easy, this can’t be real. and then you spiral. you overcomplicate it. you make yourself think you need the “perfect” script, the “right” subliminal, or that you have to meditate for three hours while the stars align perfectly. like, no… you don’t. all of that? it’s fluff. it’s noise.
at its core, shifting is belief. just belief. no, really, let that sink in. you don’t need to “do” belief perfectly. it’s not something you master through sheer willpower. it’s something you already have. you’ve believed in things your whole life. you believed in gravity without needing proof. you believe your favorite songs are beautiful without needing to explain why. belief is natural. it’s effortless when you stop overthinking it. that’s the energy you need to bring to shifting—trust. trust that your mind knows what it’s doing, and that if you let it, it will take you there. every single extra thing you pile on? the overthinking, the doubt, the need for guarantees? that’s what’s slowing you down. not the “lack of progress,” not some mythical “block”—it’s you convincing yourself it’s harder than it is.
and let’s talk about social media for a second. oh my god, the shifting community on social media… i get it. it’s comforting to see other people on this journey. but let’s be honest—how much of that content is actually helping you? like, really? 90% of the time, scrolling through shifting advice isn’t inspiring; it’s overwhelming. everyone’s got their own opinions, their own “best methods,” their own rules. one person says scripting is a must, another says it’s a waste of time. one person swears by affirmations, another says visualization is the only way. and before you know it, you’re sitting there questioning everything you thought you knew, wondering if you’ll ever get it “right.” spoiler alert: you already know how to shift. you don’t need a thousand voices telling you what to do. in fact, the more you listen to them, the harder it becomes to hear yourself.
take a break. seriously. log off the apps. give yourself space to breathe and think. ask yourself: why do i want to shift? what’s stopping me? what feels right to me? no tiktok trend, youtube guide, or reddit post can answer those questions for you. only you can. and i know that sounds scary. we’ve been conditioned to think we need external validation for everything, but shifting is a deeply personal thing. you don’t need a step-by-step tutorial. you need to trust your instincts. that’s it.
and let me be clear: i’m not saying methods or subliminals are bad. they’re fine if they help you feel aligned. but they’re not what makes shifting happen. you are. methods are just tools. if you use them, great. if you don’t, that’s great too. because the truth is, shifting isn’t about doing things “right.” it’s about letting go of the idea that you need to.
so let me break it down for you. the only things you really need to shift are:
1. a desire. you have to want to go to your desired reality. no brainer, right?
2. belief. this is the big one. you have to trust it’s possible. no “what ifs,” no “but hows.” just trust.
3. persistence. if it doesn’t happen right away, that’s okay. don’t give up. if you’ve ever learned to ride a bike, you know that falling doesn’t mean you can’t do it—it just means you’re learning. shifting is the same.
that’s it. no fancy rituals, no endless research, no “perfect” conditions. the process is simple because it’s natural. you’ve probably done it before without even realizing it— the only reason it feels hard now is because you’ve convinced yourself it has to be.
stop making it harder than it needs to be. shifting isn’t this unattainable, mystical thing reserved for “chosen ones.” it’s something anyone can do. you can do it. your mom can do it. that anti-shifter lurking in every crevice of shiftblr could do it. you’ve always been capable. but you have to stop getting in your own way. stop doubting yourself. stop relying on others to tell you what’s possible. this is your journey. own it.
and above all, be patient. shifting is not a race. it’s not about how fast you can get there or how perfect your dr is. it’s about trust, intention, and focus. log off, tune into yourself, and let it happen. shifting has always been yours to claim. it’s not something you need permission for. it’s not something you need to earn. it’s just you, your mind, and your belief. always has been, always will be.

I. THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING THIS POST
i’ve been through it all. you can read my experiences from old life in the “my life before” section of my success story + here, here, here and here. this is my success story on how the law of assumption has changed my life. as you can see from the “how” section of the post, i had purposely left it short, sweet and simple to avoid people complicating the simplicity of the law of assumption. but as time went on, anons and other blogs made me realize that since people do tend to over-complicate the law, the need i felt to make an in-depth post on how i personally manifested through my hard circumstances grew strong.
my blog often highlights topics that pertain to mental health, so i want to make sure those who find themselves in the same situations as i once were feel seen, heard and loved. you are all so powerful, amazing and hold so much potential more than you know. with this post, i hope i am able to help you realize that fact to the best of my abilities.
��𝐈. MY TAKE ON MANIFESTATION + THE 3D
something that you’ll see me say all the time is: “life is a blank canvas.” that’s because it truly is.
remember that you are working with the law of assumption. what you assume to be true, is true. nothing is set in stone unless you say it is. things have meaning only if you assign it one.
you are the sole creator of your life. you are the artist that controls the brush/pen, you control what goes on and off of this very malleable canvas we call life. you don’t have to do anything. therefore,
you don’t have to: affirm 24/7, be specific, word your affirmations correctly, listen to subliminals, ignore the 3D, be positive all the time, meditate, have high vibrations, script, visualize, do sats or lullaby, go into the void, affirm in the present tense, avoid the mirror, etc.
you can literally say a random word like “bonk” and if saying it means you have all your desires or money is constantly filling your bank account, then that’s what will happen!
“but what if my subconscious doesn’t know what it means?” your subconscious mind is literally you. it’s not some stranger separate from you. if you want a scene to play out a certain way on a specific date or a romantic partner with all the most perfect qualities even if you can’t name it all at the top of your head, your subconscious has your back with the details! you have your own back. don’t worry.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO IGNORE THE 3D.
read that again and again and again and again and-if your circumstances are quite literally in your face, how can you turn the other way and ignore it? you could if you wanted but you’ll only be doing more harm and we don’t want that, right?
“so then what do i do?” you KNOW it’s going to change. it’s challenging when you don’t fully believe the law to know it’s going to change, so for a start, tell yourself that this is not the end. why? because the moment you had a desire and claimed it as yours, it has already been set stone in the 4D so the 3D has no choice but to reflect it. this is your movie, you KNOW this is not the end. you are director and star of this movie! you control how it’s going to play out.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. HOW I DID IT - The 4 Phases (more so, 3)
PHASE 1:
i found out about manifestation from tiktok. from there i have tried scripting, law of attraction and had taken a liking into the craft. i tried it all until i found out about the law of assumption, sammy ingram and finally, tumblr.
PHASE 2:
upon finding out about loassumption tumblr, i had learned more and more about the law but as time went on, i had realized i had never really fully tried to apply the law. the idea just didn’t come about to apply it. as many others, i had overconsumed information, always wondering if i was doing it right, questioning the 3D,
so i took a break. upon discharge, i realized many things and decided to spend an extended amount of time alone, away from social media. i’m someone who values alone time as long as if it’s spent wisely.
during this time away from tumblr and sns platforms in general, constantly surrounded by other people’s takes, information, and opinions, i had learned so much about the law of assumption on my own! i went into the law of assumption with a fresh mind, actually applying the knowledge and overtime of affirming and persisting, i ACTUALLY understood the meaning behind “creation is finished. it is done.”
i’m advising you to step away from social media (that on it’s own has negative impacts) and be alone with your thoughts. i know your thoughts haven’t had it’s time to be alone because you’re most likely constantly seeking information to help you. and i don’t blame you. it’s just that, you are always bombarded by thoughts that aren’t your own, you barely give some time to yourself to think for yourself!
and if you can’t help but be on tumblr for other reasons than loassumption, unfollow blogs for the time being, scroll past informational posts to avoid second guessing your application. tell yourself that
YOU ARE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT!
PHASE 3:
when it was time to apply the law, i simplified it. you choose what you desire, you affirm from your desire and persist. okay! got it. so that’s what i did. i affirmed whenever i thought about my desire, i kept saying that it is done! so in phase 2, i mentioned how i realized how creation was ACTUALLY done, right? before deciding to apply the law, i kept seeing posts saying that but i didn’t really fully understand it until the realization hit me during my time away from social media. (see? i love alone time. solitude is my bff) — here’s my breakdown for you:
once you decide a desire is yours to claim, THE SECOND you affirm that, in your head, imagination, your 4D, it is ALREADY yours. therefore, it has no choice to become physical reality. (this is why your subconscious only needs to hear things once in order for it to conform!)
it will always be yours for as long as you sustain that assumption (persist), it is yours! no matter what.
this is the meaning of “it is done.” it’s like telling a chef what dish you want, once they know what you want, they’ve got you covered. except that this chef is you. you know the details of your desire, you declare it’s going to conform instantly so why are you worrying? there is no need to worry.

As your attention is placed on this claim, the doors of the senses automatically close against your former master (that which you were conscious of being). As you become lost in the feeling of being (that which you are now claiming to be true of yourself) the doors of the senses once more open, revealing your world to be the perfect expression of that which you are conscious of being. ❞
i kept time away from social media and being persistent really helped me be aware of my thoughts.
persistence has helped me:
be aware of thoughts that i wouldn’t have been able to catch before. for example, i was declaring that i have all of my desires and creation was done, but i found myself affirming “okay but where is it?” — this made me realize i was questioning my desires in my 3D even though i knew it was done in the 4D. (you don’t have to do this, you can imply your 3D conforms fast with whatever affs)
flip and interrupt my intrusive thoughts faster and faster the more i persisted. i hated my intrusive thoughts so much. like it was so annoying and hurtful. it was filled with replaying past scenarios that happened to me, things i wished had played out differently, just people who absolutely did not deserve the right to be occupying my mind and space! so i was grateful to learn that with persistence, i started to have less and less of those.
(see!! mental diet, persistence!! <3 this is how habits form and strengthen duhh. remember not to abandon common sense for the law)
AND THEN, PHASE 4:
i had entered sabbath, the state of the wish fulfilled, calm and relaxation that my desire has already manifested and there wasn’t nothing left for me to do other than persist. after so much persisting and saturating my mind with my affirmations, i reached being peace with my desires. i’m really glad i persisted. see how after persistence of assumptions, though false, will harden into fact? see how even your affirmations would feel “fake” at first but will soon feel natural to you? this means that i wasn’t questioning where it was, how long it was taking, etc. but this doesn’t mean i was ignoring my 3D. i saw it all but i knew it was going to change BECAUSE i felt peace in my inevitable desires.
then, i received my desires.
❝ I couldn’t possibly be worried about anything if I really believe that imagining creates reality. ❞
❝ When I speak of feeling I do not mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. Feeling grateful, fulfilled, or thankful, it is easy to say, “Thank You,” “Isn’t it wonderful!” or “It is finished.” When you get into the state of thankfulness, you can either awaken knowing it is done, or fall asleep in the feeling of the wish fulfilled. ❞
𝐈𝐕. YOUR NEW RULES & ROUTINE
☆┆YOUR 3 NEW RULES ARE:
1, you have all your desires:
i have all of my desires.
creation is finished. it is done.
2. you manifest quickly and easily:
manifesting is always so easy and instant for me.
i always manifest within 2 days or less, the 3D conforms instantly.
the 3D instantly reflect my 4D.
the physical reality instantly reflects my 4D/imaginative reality.
3. you are okay because nothing can stop you from getting the inevitable:
everything is going to be okay because creation is done.
i am always aware of my thoughts. nothing can stop/get in the way of my desires.
no amount of intrusive thoughts, events and opinions of others have the power to stop my manifestations.
✉️: choose one affirmation from each list or make one of your own that makes you feel comfortable.
☆┆ROUTINE:
affirm on loop as an act of saturating your mind whenever you think of your desire until you feel satisfied,
in the morning, after you wake up: saturate your mind with affs.
read the manifesting vaunt below everyday (whenever you feel like it) — read it over and over again until you feel confident then go about your day!!
at night, before you sleep, affirm this:
“i kept all my thoughts in check today. i didn’t waver once. my mind is completely saturated with the new story.”
optional tip: if you want to saturate your mind even more as a start, you can set reminders with sticky notes around your space, have affs on your phone lock screen or wear a bracelet.
✉️ NOTE: soon enough, your mind will be saturated and you won’t need to do this anymore. this is just a start for those who battle intrusive thoughts!
let yourself feel any emotions that may come up because of your hard circumstances then once it’s out of your system, affirm your rules, especially rule #3!
do not consume any loassumption information if you know it will only cause you to second guess your ability. if you have the urge to ask a blog a question, try to make sense of what they will say and answer it yourself.
in times of doubt, remember that life is a blank canvas. your desire is set in stone, so your only task is to persist.
REASSURANCE VAUNT
creation is ACTUALLY finished. it is done. the second i claimed my desires as mine, it has already manifested itself in the 4D so it has no choice to present itself in the 3D! all i have to do is affirm and persist. i always have unwavering faith in my manifesting abilities and the law. i never fail. i am successful at every single thing i do. manifesting is so effortless. no amount of doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, intrusive thoughts or events can ever, and i mean EVER stop my manifestations. why? because i said so. this is MY life. i make the rules. so if i say i manifest easily, the 3D conforms instantly and that i have all of my desires, then it is a FACT. i’m literally unstoppable. everything i want is inevitable. my only task is to persist, sit back and relax as the 3D reflects my 4D. it all happens so fast, but what else do you expect from a master manifester like me?
SOMETHING TO NOTE:
most of the time, people think affirming on loop is saying it like a robot but what you don’t realize is that you’re affirming as if you’re reading a book. it’s not filled with enthusiasm but it’s not exactly monotone either. stop overthinking it. it’s like the voice you’re reading this post with. correct?
again, soon enough, your affirmations will feel natural and you won’t feel the need to affirm constantly. the routine above was given for those who battle intrusive thoughts, making your affirmations dominate to the point where you don’t waver.
QUOTES on STATES:
❝ I paid thirty dollars for my first suit. Today a suit will cost me $200.00, but regardless of the cost, when the suit is new I am aware of it. But let me wear it long enough for it to feel natural and I will no longer be conscious of it. The same is true for a state. You may desire the state of fame. If you will think you are famous and remain conscious of the state long enough to make it natural, as the thoughts flow from you they become a natural part of your body of beliefs, and the world will proclaim your fame. ❞
❝ I urge you to use your own wonderful creative power and deliberately move into the state of your choice. Make it now by occupying the state long enough so that it feels natural. Haven’t you had a suit of clothes that felt so new you were conscious of them every moment? I know when I bought my first suit I walked down Fifth Avenue thinking everyone I passed knew my suit was new. People passing paid no attention to me, but I was so aware, so conscious of my new suit. That’s exactly that happens when you move into a new state. If the state of affluence is new, you think everyone knows it, but no one knows or cares whether you are rich or poor, so walk in the state until it becomes natural. The moment the feeling is natural, wealth is yours! ❞
𝐕. ENDING NOTE
i love you. read that again. you can do it. read that again. i am so so so so proud of you. read that again! you are so strong, you have SOO much potential and power. it’s time for you to tap into it, angel. stop making excuses. stop telling yourself you can’t do it. stop the nonsense! you’ve dealt with your hard circumstances long enough, it’s time for you to turn to the person who can make that change (you) and make it happen. i’m really sorry you have to go through what you did. you certainly do not deserve the unkind treatment. give yourself a hug and tell yourself that this. is. it. you’re going to make the change. you know it and i do too. it’s possible. nothing is impossible for the person who believes! keep the faith in yourself. nothing can stop you.
it’s like those movies where the mc finds out they hold so much power. they doubt it because of the life they’ve had so far but once they give it a shot, they become the most powerful hero ever. you are that hero!!!

Something you wish you could’ve told yourself before you manifested it all to make things easier for anyone struggling:
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
you guys are beating yourself up for something so simple. take a step back and realize that. you’re already dealing with such hard circumstances, so why are you literally degrading yourself for something so within your power and reach? tell yourself everything is going to be okay. you’re always doing your best. you deserve the WORLD.
I could write a whole novel, combine all the posts on tumblr teaching the law of assumption, and every helpful ask out there but at the end of the day, YOU are the only person who could change your life. YOU make the call. turn every doubtful question to a positive one, when in doubt, turn inwards toward the 4D and know that it is real. it is done the second you affirmed it so.
SPEND TIME ALONE.
i can NOT stress this enough. i didn’t include the details of my time alone in phase 2 for nothing. you’ll see that you can answer your own questions. you’ll catch the thoughts you missed because you have always been so adamant on getting answers to questions you already knew. take a deep breathe and stay firm.

+ keeping your thoughts in line of the same category. to word this in a different way, i can affirm so many affirmations just as long as they mean the same thing to me!

“yes, i read his books and sometimes i would do imaginal acts but i would only do that bc it helped me get by my circumstances, yk? like if i was overwhelmed i would just daydream lol. its like how i read books to escape to another world. but i would say, affirming and persisting was what i focused more on.
i just used what worked for me and used his quotes as a reminder of the power of man. i didn’t want to bound myself to one’s teaching constantly worrying if im doing it “right” or not so instead, i went back to his quotes that consisted of telling me to persist, look inwards, finding confirmation in my imagination, etc whenever i needed a pick me up.
but correct me if i’m wrong, i’m pretty sure many of the success stories he shared consisted of people simply decreeing their desires and feeling the wish fulfilled simply by repetition and acceptance of their assumption.”

Do we have to believe our affirmations? Did you ever doubt the law in the process?
no, i did not believe my affirmations and YES of course i doubted the law but i kept persisting either way because what could i lose? and here i am.
Did you just affirm, persist, maintain a mental diet and that’s it? No SATS, going to the void, lullaby, repeating affirmations? Did you just got it sleep?
just affirming and persisting. sure, the occasional lullaby, i usually affirmed for 10 seconds max before i gave up. i couldn’t sleep without imagining some romantic scenario LOL #bambiexposed
How to deal with manipulation and narcissism?
remind yourself that you’re in advantage because you know about the law of assumption. life is a dream, you can literally have whatever you want just by affirming. if you know that, why allow yourself succumb to other people’s thoughts and beliefs? i couldn’t allow other people’s thoughts ruin my chance of living my dream life. the thought of it alone gave me the worst feeling.
How did you tackle the feelings of having no hope? + After being in the victim state for so long what did you do to get yourself out and actually stay out?
i persisted on loop whenever i doubted the law. i reminded myself that it doesn’t hurt to just be quiet, affirm and persist to live my dream life. just do it. you gain nothing from turning back to your old habits. see what’ll happen if you don’t give up. ❝ Do you always turn to your imagination and, no matter what happens, do you remain faithful to the state imagined? If you do, you have passed the test. But if every little rumor, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith! ❞ ❝ Objects seem so independent of our perception of them that we incline to forget that they owe their origin to imagination.❞

about a week after deciding to be strict with self discipline, mind you, i was dealing with hard circumstances and intrusive thoughts for years. within this time span, i had entered sabbath so i immediately got my desires.
How did you kept a positive mindset when it looked like there was no movement?

What was your affirming routine?
AT FIRST, when i started to get sick of overconsumption and not getting my desires, i knew my mind wasn’t saturated/my desires were not my dominant thoughts. so, i decided to be strict with myself. i reminded myself with pieces of paper in my room that said: ❝ PERSIST. new story only!❞ ❝ AFFIRM!❞
❝ 1.) the 3D conforms instantly.
2.) AFFIRM THE DESIRED
3.) BE LOT.❞
and taped them on the wall infront of my bed & one on my door so i can see it before i head out.
i didn’t need them anymore after a few days. (phase 3 & 4)
What did you do on all the days you woke up and things were still the same?
stop affirming that you don’t see results. i flipped the thought of “nothing’s changed.” to “i am in my desired reality, it is done.” and so on. be stern and remind yourself that you are in control. don’t fall prey to the 3D. turn inwards, find confirmation in the 4D. read quotes above.
How did you not react to the 3D?
i allowed myself to be angry. if i wanted to cry, i did. if i wanted to vent, i did. i ranted my feelings out in my head, aloud or in a journal then proceeded to go back to the new story after i cooled down.
But isn’t ranting “not letting the old story die out?”
you and i could rant until our minds are cleared, just as long as you flip my thoughts, you are on the right track. i ranted for 2% of my 24 hour days. the other 98% i was persisting in the fact that creation was done. as “time” went on, it began to feel more natural and i felt more at ease. i held onto that feeling because i knew this was when i would get my desires and i did. letting out and actually feeling your feelings is important. you’re not a robot.

uh shifting storytime cus i just shifted back????
I shifted to a parallel reality of Hogwarts. this must feel nostalgic for yall huh?
this was actually so funny to me because in my earlier days of shifting, the same scenario would happen to me whether I was meditating, sleeping at night, or napping, because I would always end up in some parallel reality of Hogwarts. whether I wanted to go there or not, I’d always end up there. which is extra funny because I don’t even recall most of the plot line for the movie or even my script for that DR.
prior to shifting
I got comfortable in bed, played some classical music, and entered the void pretty quickly. I said my affirmations, got all floaty and of course my body would start to twitch. whenever I noticed myself straining during my affirmations or trying to visualize every single detail perfectly, I would change my breathing to stabilize and remember to fall into it rather than force it to happen. this technique has helped me drastically.
the shift
suddenly I was in a beautiful corridor directly in front of the golden trio. this wasn’t even a type of lucid dream. I had woken up during my meditation multiple times and continued it during every interruption. kind of like when you wake up from a dream and try to go back to it except doing this had stabilized me.(wbtb wink wink 😉) I was completely aware of the reality. I stood there. I heard them and I heard myself. also, hair was SOO TEAAA because it was long, smooth, and down to my waist, but that’s besides the point.
personally during my actual lucid dreams, I like to manifest something magical to happen just by my thoughts alone, and when I tried it, it didn’t happen. they were in the middle of something dangerous, and I didn’t want to be involved so I booted myself out of there. and by that I mean I saw people running so I ran with them, and who do I see when I turn my head? Voldemort. this is when I actually booted myself out out of there and shifted back to my CR cus hell naur.
but um yeah i was highly unprepared and scared soooo hi yes happy shifting yall.

you do NOT need:
a method
subliminals
(guided) meditation
to look for advice hour after hour online
symptoms
the void state
lucid dreaming
to visualize
to use your 5 senses
a script
you DO need:
yourself
you can say fuck you to the universe, doubt as much as you want, and still shift. i say that because i’ve done it before even with doubts! so you can too!

“how do i shift?”
every time someone asks this i lose 5 years off my life span. i can’t determine that for you, nobody can. i can tell you what has personally worked for me and so can others, but there’s no guarantee it’ll work for you.
“so what do i do?”
sounds a bit harsh but you figure it out. and that’s what i mean by self-discovery.
of course, you can & should see what other people are doing to create a base line of what you think could work for you. for example try getting into the void state, see what happens from there. doesn’t work or you don’t like it? (because that obviously won’t do the same thing for everyone) try something else!
play around. add new things into the mix. affirmations. intention. you can visualize or use your 5 senses. keyword can. you don’t have to. because what do i think works the best? minding your business and shifting your own way.
remember that you can literally just say “fuck you i want to shift” and shift. you can shift accidentally. so who’s to say what you’re doing doesn’t work? (if it really doesn’t then you can adjust it slightly. look back on your behavior and think about what you want to change.)

you can shift:
tired
awake
asleep
in the hypnagogic state (the state of the transition from wakefulness to sleep)
in the hypnopompic state (the state of consciousness leading out of sleep)
while dancing
sitting
standing
laying down
on the floor
accidentally
through a lucid dream
with doubts
and so much more i didn’t mention. seriously no need to overcomplicate it.
just remember that other peoples’ shifting journeys are not yours and that you’re the most important part of your own.
you are what makes you shift.
it’s not your subliminals or your method or whatever, it’s you. YOUUUU. subliminals? “methods”? those things? just helpful tools. they can HELP you shift, but there’s no guarantee.
for example, i personally have been getting more effective results after listening to specific subliminals regularly (psst.. i make sure they’re safe! to check if they are safe, look at the comments around the page and if you’re still not sure and you feel uneasy then do not use the subliminal. if it makes you feel unsafe or weird then do not use it. always read the benefits or what you can find in the description.) it works for me. it got me results (along with other stuff) but it might not give them to you and that’s okay. you don’t have to use subs.
just a reminder that you don’t need anything but yourself to shift <3
it’s self discovery because you’re learning from it and actively finding out (discovering) what works for you.
your shifting journey is yours so don’t make it rely on what someone else does.
THERE’S NO KEY TO SHIFTING EXCEPT YOURSELF.

Clarification: you don't need a method!!
• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.
Steps:
1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)
2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there
3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)
4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.
5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)
6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""
If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better

🎀Things I’ve learned about Shifting 🎀
1. Background noise doesn’t matter. I come from a Hispanic family household and let me tell you hun it’s freaking loud as hell. It’s like a zoo lol but guess what? I still shifted. At some point you will start to feel your CR kinda “fade away”. I have been in this state where I am in between my CR and DR. I can hear background noise from my CR but I still feel like I’m in a different room or I hear sounds from my DR as well. Has anyone experienced this?? Let me know, I’m curious 🤨
2. Have patience. Allow yourself to relax and naturally connect to your DR. Don’t stress about having random thoughts or having an itch or things like that. Have patience with yourself like seriously you got this babe. Sometimes for me it’s feels like it’s takes 1 or 2 hours until I feel fully connected to my DR. (It’s different for everyone btw) you may take less time than I do. Those things don’t matter if you decide that those things don’t matter.
3. Methods really aren’t needed. If you think about it all methods consist of the same thing usually. It usually consists of affirmations, visualization, subliminal audios, meditation, counting, blah blah blah. If you want to use a method, then do that but don’t force yourself to do a method that doesn’t resonate with you. If you don’t like counting, then don’t count. If you don’t like visualizing, then don’t visualize. Change things up a bit and listen to music that reminds you of your DR or do something that you think is fun.
4. Just because some people like to lie about their shifting experiences doesn’t mean that shifting is fake. Just like in every community there is going to be people that are dishonest or don’t have the best intentions but that doesn’t mean that shifting is a big inside joke. Don’t allow these people to discourage you from shifting to your DR or make you doubt in its existence. Don’t depend on other people's content to feel motivated or believe in shifting. Just KNOW it’s real and motivate yourself to shift. (even though motivation isn’t needed to shift)
5. Shifting is Real. I think we all should know this by now, but I don’t think people really fully understand just how REAL shifting is. I mean you are going to be able to use all of your senses. You will be able to taste food, see your reflection in the mirror, talk to people that may be considered as fictional in this reality, etc. The process of shifting is safe but if you are shifting somewhere that has violence or gore make sure you script your own well-being. High pain tolerance, no trauma, etc.
6. Time isn't important. Just because it's been 4 years or 5 doesn't mean you can't do it. Time doesn't apply to shifting because time is just man-made thing. We created the concept of time not the Universe. Don't blame the Universe for your "Failure". (Spoiler alert: it's not failure) You just need to realize that no matter what, it will happen. It is completely inevitable. Some people have shifted after 5 years so don't give up! It will be worth it.
7. You can't fail at shifting. When you do your method, you will shift to your DR or shift to your CR. You shift all the time. We are constantly shifting consciously or unconsciously. Manifestation and shifting are very much closely related. (But that's another discussion for another time) Just like how we are manifesting on autopilot we are also shifting on autopilot. So, when you do a sleep method, and you wake up in this reality instead of your DR you still shifted. (Just not to your DR) (Get it?)

“do i HAVE to meditate?” no, but don’t you love some peace and quiet and connecting with your spirit guides and the source energy of the universe?
“do i HAVE to script?” no, but wouldn’t you rather write about incredible things that could happen instead of harping on old negative circumstances?
you don’t HAVE to do any methods or techniques to manifest. you manifest just my virtue of being a living, breathing, conscious human. but wouldn’t you rather feel good on your way to it? it’s about becoming the kind of person who lives their best life on auto-pilot, not practicing different methods until you get what you want and then going back to your old patterns. this ideal self shit is for the long-haul.

“Can I script that—”
Yes.
“Can I shift to a reality where—”
Yes.
“Is permashifting possible?”
Yes.
“I’ve been trying for x amount of years—”
The time passed already. Focus on here and now.
“Will X happen if I script Y?”
Whatever you script will happen exactly how you want it to.
“Can I shift without any methods?”
Yes. There are infinite ways to shift = Infinite ways to go about something that is instant.
“I’ve tried everything—“
Except fully trusting yourself, since you’re still dwelling on your shifting journey from a place of lack.
“Do I need to believe 100% to shift?”
No. You just need to allow it. Doubt doesn’t stop you, resistance does.
“Is shifting, like, REALLY real?”
Yes.
“But my blockages—“
You’re not a clogged drain. There’s nothing blocking something that happens naturally.
“My subconscious doesn’t believe in my affirmations—“
Oh, my bad. I didn’t realize affirming was the only way to manifest. Sooo, what should I do with this whole bag of feeling my way into my DR, visualization, subliminals, SATs, askfirmations, scripting, channeling, daydreaming, meditating, embodying the state, living in the end, inner conversations, mental rehearsals, literally just vibing, and doing absolutely nothing because sometimes that works too? Should I just toss all that in the trash? Light it on fire? Bury it in the backyard? Cool, good to know.
“Can I shift while I’m tired? While I’m sad? While I’m stressed?”
Yes, yes, and yes. Emotions don’t block shifting. If anything, they help.
“Why haven’t I shifted yet?”
That’s like asking why the sun isn’t rising when you know it’s just beneath the horizon. You know it’s coming, you know it can break through any second, but you keep staring at the dark like the world is ending.
“How do I figure out what I need to do?”
The only person in this universe who knows the answer to that question is you, yet you doubt yourself so much, you mistrust yourself so much, that it’s like whatever your subconscious is telling you goes in one ear and out the other.
“But NOTHING works for me 😭”
Okay, listen—in the gentlest, most kindergarten-teacher voice possible—shifting is like 10% processes that “work for you” or not and 90% trust and letting go. If you can’t trust yourself, cool, trust your undeniable ability to shift. If that feels like a stretch, trust your subconscious (it’s been running the show since forever, give it some credit). Still not there? Trust the outcome. Trust something, anything. And then? LET. GO. RELAX. Like, actually unclench your jaw and stop treating shifting like it’s a piece of raw chicken and you a dog that has not eaten in *checks watch* 2 minutes.
Because if you’re over here sobbing, whining “nothing works for meeeee,” that tells me two things:
A) You don’t trust anything, which, surprise surprise, makes shifting a little difficult. B) Something does work for you. There’s a sweet spot, a method that clicks—but you haven’t found it because you approach every process with fear instead of fun, frustration instead of curiosity, anxiety instead of chill.
Imagine slipping into the driver’s seat of a car you know how to drive, but you’re bawling, panicking, flailing around like the steering wheel’s out to get you. You’re gonna hit a pedestrian. THE PEDESTRIAN IS YOU.
People forget that shifting is as limitless as you are. Shifting is you. Shifting has no rules. You have no rules. So why are you boxing shifting in? Why are you boxing yourself in? Why are you creating problems for something infinite? Why are you stepping into the identity of a finite being when you have the power to shift realities?
You weren’t born with limits. You were taught them. Conditioned to believe that things have to be hard, that you have to struggle, that you need to earn what’s already yours. But shifting doesn’t play by those rules, and neither do you. The only limits are the ones you keep dragging along with you.
“I’m quitting shifting. I still can’t shift even though I’ve tried XY and Z⏤”

Take. A. Break.
A day? Cool.
A week? Even better.
Two weeks? A whole month? Do it.
Take a break from shifting, from overthinking, from spiraling down every forum post and Reddit thread like it’s gonna reveal the secret of the universe. Because if you’ve hit that point where nothing sticks, every piece of advice goes in one ear and out the other, every answer feels wrong, and you’re waiting for some magical piece of advice to make you shift, guess what? You need to calm the FAQ down.
Maybe your brain’s flashing red lights like “WARNING: SYSTEM OVERLOAD” and you’re out here ignoring it, treating frustration and exhaustion like it’s another problem to fix instead of a big ol’ sign that your mind needs a nap and a snack.
Let it chill. Recharge. You’re not losing progress; you’re just giving your brain a breather so when you come back, shifting feels like fun again, not a chore.

having high vibrational energy is one of the essential qualities to living out a positive lifestyle and achieving happiness in your everyday life. here’s some tips on how to raise your vibrations:
decide what behaviors or actions that you will no longer tolerate from yourself or others. our everyday behaviors lead to our actions which create a pattern in our lives, no matter good or bad. sometimes, we don’t notice how effective our behaviors are on our lifestyle so it’s always best to self reflect and separate what is fulfilling from what is draining. some low vibrational behaviors to get rid of may include gossip, engaging in social media or real life drama, changing or adapting to please others, bad or inconsistent communication, arguing, toxicity, discomfort, and draining distractions. these are all negative patterns and can lead to negative outcomes such as, laziness, constant negativity, stress and depression. remember, it’s essential to reflect and make room for any positive changes that can move you in the right direction.
get clear on what lights you up and make space for it regularly. having clarity on what it is that you desire in this life will lead you to the depths of your life’s purpose and ultimately raise your vibrations. try writing in a journal, scripting in a notebook, reading self help books, and mindfulness meditation alone to help you get clarity on your aspirations. ask yourself questions like, “what do I enjoy doing?” or “what excites me the most?”. these questions will lead you to more answers about who you are. once your passions, hobbies or interests are discovered, make time for those things everyday to feel a sense of accomplishment and move forward towards your goals. try fulfilling outlets like going to the gym, painting, scrapbooking to help clear your mind.
visualize and embody your dream life daily. visualization helps tremendously with creating high vibrational energy because it gives you a sense of hope. you feel hopeful and optimistic knowing that a higher version of yourself is already living the life you’re visualizing. it’s helpful to visualize your success but also do things that align with your success. speak, act, and think like the person you want to become. for example, if your goal is to become the best version of yourself, do things like exercise, eat healthy, pick up a book instead of scrolling on social media, or make a vision board.
let go of needing something outside of basic essentials. comparison is the thief of joy, you don’t need the luxuries to be happy. be grateful in all circumstances for what you already have. this attracts more to be grateful for and allows more high vibrational energy to flow. fulfillment comes from within and happiness is a choice. intentionally choose everyday to surrender and express gratitude while also having faith that the best outcomes are on your path. this is the recipe for positive alignment. you are exactly where you need to be!
be willing to let go of that personality that doesn’t support the next version of yourself. if you notice that you may be the type of person who is easily irritated or upset, attention seeking, have FOMO, take everything seriously, or have any toxic traits, it may be best to reevaluate yourself and focus on shedding those negative thought patterns. think of it like a snake shedding its old skin to make way for new growth. it’s a necessary part of evolving into the best version of yourself and raising your vibrations. having negative personality traits can lead to low vibrational energy which can feel like you’re stuck in a never ending cycle of unhappiness. letting go of those traits can and will align you with a more fulfilling, successful, and positive life.
speak positively. those inner thoughts that we face daily can put us in a low vibrational state especially if they consist of thoughts of judgment, rudeness, or annoyance. aim to compliment instead of insulting and show compassion instead of judging. speaking positively over yourself and others will align you will a more positive state of mind which can help you to be more aware with your thoughts. you are perfect just the way you are and everything is going to work out. have a positive mindset towards life to reap those positive outcomes!
raising your vibrations consist of positive energy, emotional wellbeing and a sense of peace. it is always good to maintain high vibrations because it is a key part to maintaining a healthy mind, body, and soul. high vibrations can attract more positive experiences and opportunities into your life. vibe high and take care of yourself! 🕯️

so, you’re ready to give up on reality shifting? let me get this straight—you’re throwing in the towel because it’s “too hard” or because you haven’t succeeded yet? honestly, that’s not a reflection of the practice; it’s a reflection of your mindset. i’m not here to sugarcoat it for you. this whole “i can’t shift” narrative is not only false—it’s lazy. let’s dismantle this flawed thinking piece by piece.
1. “i can’t shift.” wrong. you haven’t shifted yet. stop acting like you’re hardwired to fail because you’re not. stop convincing yourself that it’s impossible when it’s more likely you just haven’t given it the time and effort it deserves. imagine trying to start a fire with two sticks. most people wouldn’t get a spark on the first try. does that mean fire is a myth or that they’re incapable? no—it means they need better technique, more patience, and consistent effort. shifting is your fire. just because you haven’t seen the flames yet doesn’t mean they’re not coming. every moment you’ve spent trying has been building heat; quitting now ensures you’ll never see the light.

How I shifted to my DR while swinging on a swing set (storytime/success story)

i was at a playground with my little brothers and I had nothing to do so i used the swings. While I was swinging, I randomly thought of my DR. For context, it was my main DR, which is basically like my CR except I'm living the life I'm manifesting. I made this DR to help me visualize and connect with my desires.
Anyway I thought to myself "I should enter the Void State, that sounds fun". So I started saying affirmations, still swinging back and forth. I affirmed mostly my desired appearance, powers, and S/o. But as I was doing this, instead of entering the void, everything kind of...froze. At first I was like "oh, I'm starting to get into a meditative state. Cool." Then, i felt my surroundings change.
At this point i was a little scared. I opened my eyes and i was in a bedroom, specifically the bedroom i scripted my best friend has in my DR/Desired life. It was like i was viewing my CR self on the swing in third person and i was in my DR at the same time. I was honestly overwhelmed, but my subconscious intuition was saying "Let go."
And i was sitting on the bed in my DR best friend's bedroom. Everything was kind of flickery, like a low-quality camera, but it was real. I looked down, and my desired appearance that i was affirming was there.
I was so confused i just sat there, and i looked over and my S/o was in the room too, playing with her hair. She said something along the lines of "Blair? (my DR name) Are you okay? You're like zoning out."
Before i could answer, i was back in my CR, still swinging on the swing. I was dizzy and i couldn't see straight. It kind of just hit me in that moment- i just shifted. As if this wasn't enough, i looked down and i looked different. Not exactly like my scripted appearance, but some things were definitely different; the main ones were my hair was darker (i scripted it's black and I'm naturally dirty blonde), my skin was a lot paler and more pink, and i was a lot skinnier.
I was shocked, but i wasn't really bothered by it because what did I expect? I am a reality shifter, why wouldn't I shift? Shifting is as simple as breathing, we all know this.
In summary, it was amazing. I definitely recommend you try it.
By the way, I definitely think if you're a manifestor/loa user you should make a DR where your desires are 100% manifested in the 3D. It helps me so much like it's not even funny.

the summer revamp
as the weather gets warmer, I want to start focusing on both my outer and inner reality, nurturing the outer and taking care and being grateful of it will just manifest more love and abundance in your life . so lets first start with the inner world because it reflects in your outer world eventually .

nurture your inner world, as we are all aware the outer world eventually catches up to your inner world . so if you want love , start feeling loved within just forget about the outer world start feeling what you really want within, you don’t want your desire you want what it makes you feel, whatever you want give it to yourself within .

practicing the art of conscious decisions

switching up my mental diet and practicing self concept affirmations

some things I would like to do this summer, since i’m starting uni soon I really want to lock in and learn alot and improve myself and comeback as a better version of myself with better habits easing into adulthood .

developing a morning routine
sleeping early before 11pm
eating healthy and nourishing food high in protein , with a focus on gut health and skin foods
drinking lots of green tea and lemon water
drinking 2-3 L of water a day
studying and making nutritious recipes
cooking all my meals myself and buying groceries and keeping healthy food around, there are no restrictions tho .
fixing my eating habits & having a healthier relationship with food .
tracking my calories & intermittent fasting & practicing portion control
having a good self care routine skin, body & hair care , smelling really good and having soft skin
daily weekly and monthly maintenance routine
looking very presentable, through makeup ( we are avoiding but we need to learn a bit ) and nails and fashion
reading a lot of non- fiction self improvement books
replacing screen time with fiction books
keeping of instagram through deactivating, tiktok is not really a problem for me
avoiding makeup
10k steps everyday
going to the gym 3x a week
keeping my screen time below 3 hours
learning soft skills, like driving and excel
working on my knowledge and getting 2 hours of deep work everyday, consistently
working on my discipline and consistency
keep up with my social skills
upload on my tumblr, Pinterest and youtube consistently
work on my financial knowledge and reading stuff that interest me
reading up on news
spending more time with my friends and family and planning more outings .
want to start journaling and shadow work and tap into my inner work and start healing spiritually
watching more inspiring youtube videos and creating Pinterest boards
becoming super confident in myself through affirmations & manifesting
taking it slow and not putting too much pressure on myself always start small, it really works .

something i would like to remind you guys on is no matter how much you try to change yourself on the outside but you never feel full on the inside through inner work and healing you will never be satisfied on the outside, therefore work on both but focus on the inside trust me when on your outside your trying your best to keep a happy environment and your grateful, kind and your working on nurturing and building a beautiful garden within to your liking you will be successful both ways and your inner world will eventually reflect too as long as your consistently nurturing with what you like .
